HDMI Silent HTPC Video Card

So here it is… My first computer hardware related purchase of 2009: The Asus HDMI EAH4350 Silent HTPC Video Card.  Right now Newegg has them for around $29.99 after a $10 mail-in rebate.  What makes this card so special to me is it has no fan (silent), the price is not bad, has an HDMI connector on the card (adapter not required), can handle h.264 better than my mobo’s built-in GMA x3000/G965 graphics chipset, and it can output 8-channel audio through HDMI.
